Temporary notice — final policy pending
Feral Fae is still confirming its returns, exchanges and cancellation arrangements before launch. Please contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility, time limits, item-condition requirements, custom-order restrictions and any return shipping costs. No blanket “all sales final” rule is established by this temporary notice.
Incorrect, faulty or damaged items
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Include photographs where helpful. We will review the issue and explain the available remedies. Do not send a return until the return address and instructions are confirmed.
Digital products
Contact us if a download does not arrive, will not open or differs from the purchased product. Digital refund and cancellation conditions are being finalised; no automatic loss of statutory rights is implied by downloading a file.
Refunds and payment providers
Any approved refund is handled through the payment provider used for the order. Processing times depend on that provider. For an Afterpay purchase, contact the shop about the order and follow Afterpay’s instructions regarding instalments.
Your rights
Nothing in this temporary notice limits rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law.
